Le Kitchen Soirée was founded by me, Amanda.  I’m a Naturopathic Chef with an MSc in Psychology, trained at the College of Naturopathic Medicine. 

My cooking is rooted in the connection between nourishment, mindfulness, and slow living.


Centered in holistic nutrition and inspired by my Middle Eastern and Mediterranean heritage, I bring vibrant flavors and traditions to every dish. I see food as both medicine and comfort, a way to restore, connect.


I’ve always loved cooking, but my journey into naturopathic cuisine is deeply personal. After losing 70lbs through an anti-inflammatory approach, I experienced firsthand the profound link between nutrition, nervous system regulation, and overall wellbeing.


Le Kitchen Soirée is an expression of this philosophy: a space where seasonal ingredients meet mindful preparation, and every meal is an opportunity to slow down and restore.

 

Through private dining, bespoke meal prep, and creative collaborations, I share my expertise in food, nutrition, and psychology, helping others rediscover the joy and healing of eating with intention.
